‘Friends of the Third Age’ is VGO Corp’s Adopted Charity
Main Sponsor, VGO Corporation Limited, has pledged its support to Friends of the Third Age (F3) with an undisclosed cash donation that will be presented to the charity’s representative on race day.
Mizuno Race Clinic 2010
The inaugural Mizuno Race Clinic held on 17 July 2010 at Water-venture Bedok Reservoir was a huge success with a total turnout of 37 runners, a mixture of beginners and serious athletes. The race clinic principle coach, Mr. Steven Quek, ran through the basic guide in preparing a race and in bringing a step further with demonstrations, the runners went through a 5.2km run along Bedok Reservoir. Our first runner, Mr Seah Kwee Teck, attained a good record of 21mins 37secs in the 5.2km trial run.
