How can I register?
You can register online at www.mizunowaverun.com and on-site registration at World of Sports Velocity @ Novena Square #02-68/72 & World of Sports Tampines 1 #03-14/15. For online registration troubleshooting issues, please contact our administrator at 6545 7274 or mizunowaverun@vgocorp.com
How can I register in bulk?

Is GST included in the registration fee?
Yes.
How will I know if my entry has been accepted?
Online Registration: You will receive a confirmation slip upon your successful registration.
You will need to produce your printed confirmation slip together with your NRIC/ Passport when collecting your Race Pack at Velocity Novena Square.
Walk-in Registration: You will receive a receipt upon your successful registration at the selected World of Sports outlets. You will need to produce your receipts together with your NRIC/ Passport when collecting your Race Pack at Velocity @ Novena Square
Can I change race categories after I have registered?
Participants are not allowed to change race information after registration.
Why is it that I have not received my confirmation slip despite registering and making payment?
There could be several reasons:
- The email has been blocked by your mail server and/ or treated as Spam.
- Your registration was not successful.
- Error in your email address.
If all the above fails, please write in to mizunowaverun@vgocorp.com and provide the following information:
- Name
- NRIC/ Passport No.
- Race category
- Date of registration
Please allow at least 3-5 working days for investigations.
Will there be any finishing medal for the race?
Yes.
Will there be any Certificate for participation?
No.
If I do not wish to withdraw from the race, can I transfer my registration?
The entry is non-transferable. The organiser has the right to disqualify any participant found to be using another participant’s number bib.
If I can’t make it for the race pack collection day, can I get my friend to collect the race pack on my behalf?
Yes, you may appoint your relatives, friends or representatives in Singapore to collect the race pack on your behalf. However, authorisation forms must be presented on the race pack collection day.

Why my payment does not get through?
- JavaScript & Cookie are not enable in your browser. Make sure your browser have them enable before proceed with payment. Enable them by going to the internet setting.
- Double check your credit/debit card expiry date, make sure it is still current.
Will there be baggage area allocated on the race day?
Bag Deposit service is available. Please avoid bring any valuables to the race as the Organisers will not be responsible for any loss or damage of valuable resulting from the bag deposit service.
Will there be carparks at the event venue?
Carpark facilities are LIMITED at the Bedok Reservoir Park. It is best to park at the nearest carparks in the vicinity of Bedok Reservoir View block 769A, 772A, 716A & 765A multi-storey carparks. It would be best to travel by public transport, the nearest MRT station is either Tampines MRT station or Bedok MRT Station and alight at bus stop at either Clear Water Condominium or opposite Clear Water Condominium. Bus numbers: 168, 18, 21, 22, 28, 5, 59, 67, 69 & 65. No shuttle service will be provided by event organisers.
What is the cut-off timing for the run?
All runners have to finish the run within 2 hours after the flat-off time. It is mandatory that all participants to reach the finish point before the cut-off time.
How do I get the Mizuno Wave Run Finisher tee?
The Finisher tee will be given after the runners have completed the run within the cut-off time. The sizing of the tee is subjected to stock availability and base on first come first serve.
