Is GST included in the registration fee?
Yes.
How will I know if my entry has been accepted?
Online Registration: You will receive a confirmation slip upon your successful registration.
You will need to produce your printed confirmation slip together with your NRIC/ Passport when collecting your Race Pack.
How will I know if I’m qualified for the first 500 mystery gifts from The Mind Café?
First 500 Mizuno Wave Run registered runners will receive a separate email to collect their mystery gifts sponsored by The Mind Café. Mystery gift details will be revealed at a later date.
How will I know if I’m qualified for the first 2,000 PAssion card?
The first 2,000 Mizuno Duo Wave registered runners will receive a separate email where further instructions will be provided to subscribe for the complimentary PAssion Card.
What is the Mizuno Duo Wave all about?
Mizuno Duo Wave is an exclusive combo package for the devoted Mizuno running community. By registering the Mizuno Duo Wave, it means you are in for both Mizuno Mt Faber Run and Mizuno Wave Run which will be held in 13 June’10 and 10 October’10 respectively. Will I be able to sign up Mizuno Duo Wave on Mizuno Wave Run website?
No. Mizuno Duo Wave promotion is only available through signing up on Mizuno Mt Faber Run website. Click here to register now.
If I am the first 500 registered runners who signed up for the Mizuno Duo Wave, am I still entitled for the Mizuno Wave Run first 500 mystery gifts?
Yes. You will be receiving two additional separate emails on the free PAssion Card and the Mizuno Wave Run mystery gift.
Can I change race categories after I have registered?
Participants are not allowed to change race information after registration.
Why is it that I have not received my confirmation slip despite registering and making payment?
There could be several reasons:
- The email has been blocked by your mail server and/ or treated as Spam.
- Your registration was not successful.
- Error in your email address.
If all the above fails, please write in to mizunowaverun@vgocorp.com and provide the following information:
- Name
- NRIC/ Passport No.
- Race category
- Date of registration
Please allow at least 3-5 working days for investigations.
Will there be any finishing medal for the race?
Yes.
Will there be any Certificate for participation?
No.
If I do not wish to withdraw from the race, can I transfer my registration?
The entry is non-transferable. The organiser has the right to disqualify any participant found to be using another participant’s number bib.
If I can’t make it for the race pack collection day, can I get my friend to collect the race pack on my behalf?
Yes, you may appoint your relatives, friends or representatives in Singapore to collect the race pack on your behalf. However, authorisation forms must be presented on the race pack collection day.

Why my payment does not get through?
